Forsstrom makes it easy to join PVC- and PU fabrics with metal using High Frequency (HF) welding. We call the new method ForFlexx. ForFlexx can also join metal with metal using HF welding. This patented innovation opens up many new possibilities and can save time and money when producing a great variety of products, such as truck and boat covers, tarpaulins, tents, structures, pool liners, sunshades, billboards, inflatable products, liquid tanks, film screens, waterbeds, valve membranes and oil booms, says Mikael Wallin, VP marketing & sales at Forsstrom. From this year on, we pay extra attention to a Forsstrom customer who has performed something special during the year. Pronal in France has acknowledged the award: "Customer of the year 2010". Pronal is recognized as an innovative company, just like Forsstrom, and has contributed to the development of the new HF welding machine "TDW Corner".

XP is our smallest machine, that fits perfectly when welding small details. Now, the XP can also be equipped with a connection for an external eyelet press, which simpliefies and makes the production more efficient.
 
 
 
 
We have updated the welding database with material data from Verseidag. Learn more about how you can weld more efficiently and reach even better results.
 
 
A record of people attended the inhouse-fair at Mehler in Fulda,
that Forsstrom arranged together with Schirmacher and Mehler.
At the fair, the participants got to learn more about high
frequency welding both in theory and practice, and to see
Mehler’s modern plant.
 
 
Change filter in your welding machine! This type of service should be done at least once a year, to prevent dust and dirt getting into the machine, which can shorten its lifetime.
