Heating wedges

Two heating wedge versions are available to match production speed and durability requirements:

Standard light version

  • Aluminum or silver

  • Sizes: 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 mm

Speed version+

  • Recommended for speeds up to 30 m/min

  • Aluminum or silver

  • Sizes: 20, 30, 40, 50 mm

Silver wedges typically offer up to twice the lifetime compared to aluminum.
