For us at Forsstrom our After Market service is very important. This means that our relationship with our customers does not end when the machine is delivered! We are there for you throughout the entire service life of the machine. It is our goal for the machine you invested in to live up to your expectations in the best possible way.
We believe in transparent and clear communication with our partners so that, together, we can conduct our business as a force for good and have a positive impact on society.
Installation
When your Forsstrom machine arrives, we send out one or more of our technicians to install it for you. We make sure that the operators that are going to work on the machine understand how to use it in production. We also provide tips and advice on what is necessary to ensure that manufacturing runs as smoothly as possible.
Service and Technical Support
Later, if you have any questions or problems, we provide technical support by phone or e-mail. Many inquiries can be resolved remotely, but we are more than happy to provide onsite help whenever necessary. Our travelling service technicians are stationed around the world and are prepared to make a service call as quickly as possible should the need arise.
Spare parts
Our machines are designed to last many years, but naturally, some parts will wear out over the course of time. When this happens, they can easily be replaced with new ones. We provide a large range of spare parts and consumables that may be needed to keep your machine working optimally year after year. We keep the most common parts in stock, enabling us to deliver them to you immediately.
Technical tips
During the years we have collected many technical tips, of which we have compiled a selection here. These welding tips and maintenance tips can help you use and take care of your machine in the best possible way.

We also provide many consumables, such as melinex, teflon and silicone.
