Forsstrom has partnered with Carmo to develop two specialized machines, the CP8 and the CP9, designed to optimize your eyelet application process.

The CP8

CP8, single or double-sided eyelet press with automatic feeding of eyelet(s) including tools for one size of eyelet (11/27mm, 13/32mm, 15/37mm and 19/43mm). It is designed to streamline your production process by integrating setting, punching, and welding into a single, seamless operation.

The CP9 is a single sided eyelet press with automatic feeding of eyelet(s) including tools for one size of eyelet (11/27mm, 13/32mm, 15/37mm and 19/43mm). It is designed to streamline your production process by integrating setting, punching, and welding into a single, seamless operation.

The Solid State Configuration

The Carmo Eyelet Press can be fitted with one of our Solid State Generators; the TR-0.6 (600W) or the TR-3 (3kW). Our Solid State Generators have built-in control systems for controlling welding parameters such as time and power. They are suitable as a stand-alone unit for eyelet welding. Additionally, the generators are ideal for inline HF-production of medical and packaging applications.
